All work to be completed per drawings submitted 10/02/15 and stamped vcc approved 10/14/15 as follows:remove deteriorated millwork and service entrance doors within burgundy-side, 11-9" cased opening,relocate air intake and exhaust fans as indicated,install single 4-11" wide wooden door with 6" tongue and groove boards, designed to resemble double doors, with metal strap hinges (painted to match adjacent surface) on left, toulouse street side of opening,install fixed 4-11" wooden infill panels on right side of opening, designed to match doors on left. Install wooden framing and louvered panels above doors and infill. Paint new millwork dark green, semigloss, to match existing.
