Certificate of occupancy for bartending school only, as per plans.

Retro-fit existing bar restaurant main floor and mezzanine per plan to include: drywall on walls or patching and painting , install new tile, replace bar equipment, replace kitchen equipment new tile floor for bar.

Space 1-eat in resturant having more than seats with service on non disposable ware with live entertainment or patrons. Space 2- reconfigure of exiting accessory parking spaces and to add the spaces, havibg a totoal of 332 parking spaces(8hc)
