Complete installation of drain waste venting storm water water supply piping and fixtures for a new construction 6 family building (all work to comply with the 2004 ppc)

Erection of a new four (4) story 5-family dwelling with one (1) commercial space first floor & cellar and dwelling units above with roof deck (42" parapet) and pilot house (to contain stairs and landing only) as per plans. See app# 5464 for approved plans. Separate certificate of occupancy required for first floor vacant commercial space prior to occupancy.

Installation of automatic sprinkler system with two inch (2") fire service from wood street, fire department connection on wood street and backflow prevention device in accordance with nfpa 13 in the vacant commercial space in a portion of the ground floor and basement and nfpa 13-r in the remainder of the building (residential); installation of class i wet standpipe in accordance with nfpa 14 through to third floor. Work also includes 40psi 40gpm booster pump for residential portion of system only. Separate permits required for all electrical and plumbing work. See permit # 606043 for plan.

Install 400amp 7-gang meter pack only as per nec 2008 cc district & install fire alarm 7-pull station, 13-smokes, 15- horn strobes & 10-strobes as per nfpa 72

Installation of (6) heat pumps: (2) 3 ton 1st floor, (2) 2 ton 2nd floor, (2) 3 ton 3rd & 4th floors. Ez permit ductwork & warm-air appliances- for the installation of new ductwork, registers grilles diffusers, and warm-air appliances as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans

Wiring vanilla box in commercial space and five apartments with switches, recepts, lights and interconnected smokes co detectors as per 2008 nec. Service and fire alarm on ap# 608038

Domestic water serv, lateral, house drain, curb trap & fai pa20152612551 self certification no longer accepted all trenches in excess of 5 ft must have approved shoring at the time of inspection.
