Replace roof, drywall & windows. Tuckpoint- electrical on separate permit (no structural work)- all work same as existing; subject to field inspections

Electrical maintenance work

Remove non bearing walls, suspended ceiling and all wall finishes where they are. Remove plumbing fixtures. Electrical disconnections as needed. All interior work only.

Install temporary electrical panel and transformer for construction. Install 4 amp circuits with gfci receptacles.

Revision to permit #100685625 to change the brick mason of record to holton brothers.
