Removing a fireplace that is no longer in use. Adding detail to 3 other fireplaces and putting custom cabinetry next to the fire places and in the kitchen. Also putting tile backsplash in kitchen. Replacing current entranceway door and replacing/aletering the glass and woodwork on either side of the door. Removing basement floor and putting down crushed stone so the water flow will move toward the sum pump. Pouring a new cement basement floor.
