Jay, per our conversation earlier today, here is my findings. The premise located at 1 rock hill road has previously been inspected as a group home for the last years. The building is a little quirky in that the front and rear portions of the building were basically two separate units. They had no pass thrus and the only way to enter the rear portion of the house was to go around on the left side of the premise and enter. I believe that was an addition that was added later after the original structure. This structure was complete with a kitchen and bathroom. In june of 2013 i found the buildings vacant and posted them as such. I also made note of it in our system and have verified their vacancy the last 1 years. Today, during a routine inspection i found the building has been divided and is currently being rented as two separate apartment units.
