Remove a small existing covered porch to allow the construction a 9-1"x9-4" addition matching the footprint of the porch as noted on the plot plan. 4 frost wall foundation to be installed, part of the existing foundation to be removed and re-done around the bulkhead, new bulkhead doors, full gut kitchen remodel, wood flooring, blueboard/plaster, cabinets, counter tops, new 3/4 bath in the addition, tile floor and shower, washer/dryer hook up outside of the bathroom, hardi siding and asphalt shingle/epdm roof to match the existing, attached un-heated bike shed 7-4x4-4" to the rear of the addition, concrete floor, roof and locking door.

Installation of replacement sashes identical to the ones that have already been installed in the condo on the left side of the house. (its a side by side two family structure.) also replacing one existing door on the second floor going onto a rear/side deck. That is the only work. No new window or door openings and no changes to window or door sizes.
