For the installation of appliances with associated duct work throughout a fitness area in an existing mixed use high rise multi-family apartment building. Appliances to be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications. All work to be done per approved plans. Work to be completed for partial resolution of violation case #576318. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for for all other work.
