Replace existing smoke detectors with hardwired photoelectric smoke detector carbon monoxide and fire detector where required. Replace (2)exterior lights and (1)light and sensor in basement. Replace mechanical ventilation in unit 2. Electrical plumbing and gas permits will be pull by licensed professionals.

This is to change the legal status of a one family dwelling to a two family dwelling consistent with the use as a two family for several years. There will be no costs to change said occupancy from one family to two family status.
