Remove 3 linear feet of deterioted fence wall. Removal of fence wall only as per historical commission approval. Brick to be salvaged and wall to be reconstructed within one year (plans required)

For renovation repair of existing permiter wall fronting bainbridge street (north wall). All work to be done per approved plans. Historical commission to review brick sample for approval. If field conditions vary contact structural engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for all other work.

Remove existing and replace 206 linear feet of masonry fence wall along street frontage (all work contained within site area). New reinforced concrete footing and 10-0" high cmu wall with single wythe masonry veneer at street side; all reinforcement, grouting, ties, expansion joints, flashing and capping per engineers plan as approved by the philadelphia historical commission. New wall shall match original wall height and footprint for section being replaced - any deviations are strictly prohibited.
