The ust has been out of service for an unknown period of time and the age of the ust is also unknown. The residence is currently served by natural gas. The natural gas and the underground electric lines that serve the residence run over the ust, and the ust could not be removed safely without relocating these lines, thus it it proposed to abandon in place.
