Exterior work in to remove and replace certain roof-top equipment at 4 north peters, french quarter, in connection with the change of use at jax marketplace, from hard rock caf (restaurant), french connection (retail), and other office tenants, to all retail use for h&m clothing, under a new lease in the building. This work will also include removal of rooftop equipment used by the previous tenant and no longer needed, including three kitchen exhaust hoods, makeup air intakes, and hot water boiler exhaust stacks. Also included is removal of steel supports and support racks no longer needed and roof work to patch and cover areas where equipment is removed, and to re-roof these areas as necessary.
