Installation of two front picket hand rails, 36-inch high, at six stairs coming down from front porch two front hand rails, no pickets on rails, from front sidewalk up 16-inch high 3-sided tree box fence, street side open, approximately 35 linear feet west side front yard fence from building to front stone wall, approximately 36 linear feet handrail posts shall be 1-inch square solid steel, core drilled and set using non-shrink epoxy cement or set in solid concrete footers. Concrete shall have a minimum strength of 30 psi. Picket fence posts shall be 2-inch square tubular. Along the stone wall, fence posts shall be fabricated with offset below grade. Hand rail top bars shall be belgium molded style. Pickets shall be half-inch square solid steel spaced not to exceed 4 inches pickets on fence shall have decorative spear.
