Work includes: removal of trees along i st, demo existing sidewalk, close two curb cuts, install sidewalk, install curb & gutter in select locations, create new lid tree pits, install new lead walk and steps, install new ada ramp and steps at building entrance, install two benches, install bike racks, new trees and landscaping. Streetlight locations are shown for reference; street lights are not to be installed under this permit. A separate permit for connections to the storm sewer system must be obtained by a master plumber for the lid tree pits.

Sheeting and shoring entirely on private property adjacent to row along the north side of i st, ne, west side of 4th st, ne and the alley adjacent to the west side of our property. Tie backs to enter public row underground. Applicant or agents must follow all conditions as outlined including ufa/ddot (see attachemnet) and ipma/ddot, specifically mr. Aniagboso indicated that the excavation is contingent upon the sheeting & shoring design on the recomendations of the geotechnical report prepared by esc ltd and therefore acceptable. All lateral and vertical monitoring data during construction must be submittted to ddot (mr. Aniagboso) for review and record.
