As part of the redevelopment of the 30 m street nw property, we propose to close two (2) existing curb cuts (m street and 30th street nw). The existing curb cut serving the existing garage off of 30th street nw will remain in place and will be repaired as necessary. The existing awnings will be removed and a new canopy will be constructed along 30th street nw. Four new trees will be planted along m street and 30th street to reduce the stormwater runoff in public space. Diagonal bike racks are being proposed on 30th street. The existing sidewalks will be replaced as necessary.
